Visitor Registration App Development using PowerApps & Power Automate (Portrait Mode - 1920x1080)

I am seeking a freelancer experienced in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate to develop a Visitor Registration App for our company. This app will be used to streamline visitor check-ins and notify hosts upon a visitor's arrival. The app interface will be displayed on a screen in portrait mode with a resolution of 1920x1080.
Key Features and Flow:
Home Page (Portrait Mode: 1920x1080):
Display the company name, company logo, and the current time.
Show a welcoming message: "Welcome to [Company Name] Group. Please select from the following options."
A single button at the bottom labeled Visitor Registration.
Visitor Registration Form:
Once the visitor clicks the registration button, a form will appear with the following fields:
Visitor Name (Text Field)
Mobile Number (Text Field)
Message for Host (Optional, Text Field)
Host Name (Dropdown populated from the organization's directory)
Take Photo (Visitor’s photo will be captured using the device camera)
Completion Screen:
After submitting the form, display a message:
"Thank you for your registration. We have notified the host that you have arrived. They will be with you shortly."
After 5 seconds, the app will automatically return to the home page.
Automations & Background Processes:
Upon form submission, the following automations will be triggered:
Microsoft Teams Notification:
A Teams message is sent to the selected host, providing the visitor’s full name, mobile number, The message from the visitor and a notification that they are waiting at reception.
Attach the visitor’s photo to this message.
Email Notification:
An email is sent to the host containing the visitor’s name, mobile number, message, and photo.
SMS Notification:
A POST command to our SMS gateway sends an SMS to the visitor's mobile number, welcoming them to our HQ and providing instructions on connecting to the Wi-Fi network.
Design Requirements:
The app must be designed to fit a portrait mode display with a resolution of 1920x1080.
The user interface should be modern, clean, and visually appealing.
Navigation should be simple and user-friendly to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Notes:
Integration with Microsoft Teams, Outlook (for email), and our SMS gateway is essential.
