I'm looking for an experienced PowerApps developer to create a custom Tasks Management PowerApp for my team. This app will primarily help with managing team task assignments, and it needs to be integrated with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
The PowerApp should have the following specific functionalities:

This proposal outlines the development of a PowerApp application designed to streamline the task management process for a team, providing a user-friendly interface for task request submissions, assignments, status updates, and review processes. The system will allow task requesters, engineers, and team leaders to effectively manage tasks, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
#### 2. **Objectives**
- Develop a user-friendly PowerApp application for managing task requests, assignments, and status updates.
- Ensure seamless tracking and prioritization of tasks based on urgency.
- Enable effective communication between requesters, engineers, and reviewers.
- Automate notifications to keep stakeholders informed of task status changes.
- Ensure that all task statuses and time tracking are transparent and easily accessible to relevant users.
#### 3. **Application Features**
##### 3.1 **Task Request Submission Form**
- **User Access:** Requestors.
- **Functionality:**
- Requestors will fill out a form to submit a task request.
- Form fields will include task description, requirements, and priority level.
- Priorities:
- **Urgent:** Completion within 24 hours.
- **High:** Completion within 24 to 48 hours.
- **Medium:** Completion within 2 to 3 days.
- **Low:** Completion within 3 to 7 days.
- The time count starts immediately upon submission.
- The task status will automatically be set to "Open" upon submission.
- Requestors can view only the tasks they have submitted, along with their current status.

- **User Access:** Team Leader.
- **Functionality:**
- Displays all "Open" tasks submitted by different users.
- Team leaders can assign tasks to specific engineers.
- Once assigned, the task will move to the respective engineer's task list, and the time tracking for task completion will start.
##### 3.3 **Engineer Task Management**
- **User Access:** Assigned Engineers.
- **Functionality:**
- Engineers will receive tasks assigned by the team leader.
- Engineers are responsible for updating the task status as they progress.
- Time tracking will be in place to ensure tasks are completed within the assigned priority time frame.
##### 3.4 **Task Review Process**
- **User Access:** Reviewer (Team Leader or Assigned Reviewer).
- **Functionality:**
- Once an engineer marks a task as "Under Review," it will be assigned to a reviewer.
- The reviewer will have a time frame to review the task.
- The reviewer can either approve the task, marking it as completed, or return it to the engineer for modifications.
