Survey System - Power appps , Power automate, Power Bi

I am looking for a freelancer who can build a survey system for market research purposes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating survey systems with customized reporting features.
Features required for the survey system are as follows:
- Ability to create and customize surveys with multiple question types
- Option to send surveys via email or SMS
- Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Automatic notifications when a survey response is received
- Ability to export survey data to Excel or CSV format
The survey system should be able to provide customized reporting, including:
