SharePoint PowerApps CRM Development

I’m looking to spin up a straightforward CRM inside our Microsoft 365 environment using SharePoint Online, PowerApps and (where it makes sense) Power Automate. The core of the build is threefold: a Contact repository, a Sales pipeline tracker and a light Customer Support log. All data will be keyed in manually through clean, on-brand forms, so usability is a priority.

Here’s what I need delivered within the next four weeks:

• SharePoint list architecture that supports Contacts, Deals/Opportunities and Support Tickets without overlap
• A responsive canvas app in PowerApps that lets staff add, edit and search records on desktop or mobile
• Flow-driven notifications for task assignments, stage changes and simple SLA reminders
• Basic dashboards or list views so managers can see pipeline value and open support items at a glance
• A short hand-over session plus concise documentation covering list schema, app configuration and key flows

Everything will live inside our existing tenant; no external databases are required. If you’re comfortable shaping SharePoint lists, building PowerApps interfaces and wiring up flows, I’d love to see how you would approach this and your estimated timeline for each milestone.
