QR Scanner PowerApp

I am looking for a developer to create a QR Scanner PowerApp that will be used for inventory management. The app should be developed using PowerApps. See the image below for better description. I am open as to how to implement. But the back-end Sharepoint lists already exist and are used in Access so I don't want to change the back end more than necessary.

Oh, and my Microsoft tenant is US-only. So this will have to be done with sample data and sent to me in a way I can import it.
