Restore powerpages backup

I have connected visual studio code to my powerpages website and have downloaded the website project folder via the terminal using pac. my project has since expired so i created a new powerpages website and would like to upload my old powerpages folder to the newly created one could you tell me which is the simplest way to restore it please?
