Require Powerapp - Project Management Powerapp

I have a SharePoint list ready to go and now need a lightweight canvas PowerApp that connects to it and makes data entry painless for my team. The form will capture only text and number fields that already exist in the list, with just enough validation to keep required fields from being left blank and to flag obviously out-of-range numbers. Nothing elaborate—no file uploads, no complex branching logic—just a clean, responsive interface that writes straight back to SharePoint.

Here’s what I expect at hand-off:
• A powerapp
- Form to enter information
- User able to view form and edit information
- Dashboard showing amount of projects
- Activity log on the form
- Breakdown of milestones

If you can keep the app intuitive and refletive of the list’s current columns while following PowerApps best practices, we’ll be a great fit and there could be future tweaks later on.
