Remote guidance on building powerapp

My project is focused on building a powerapp for a web platform. We are looking for someone who can assist us in building the database and provide some guidance but not involve themselves in authentication & authorization. We need the power app to be built on the web platform . We are looking for someone who has experience and knowledge in power apps to help build this app and guide us in the process.
