Real Estate Expense Tracker - PowerApp or SharePoint (Open to Other Technical Solutions)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a simple, no-extra-license Power App, SharePoint, Excel, Wix Website, or other technical solution that lets me log and review every cost tied to my real-estate projects that is categorized and organized. I will supply high-level requirements; your job is to turn them into a functional prototype that I can refine later.
Core scope
• Create SharePoint lists (or another free data source inside Microsoft 365) for Projects, Contacts, Vendors, Lenders, Budgets, Expenses, Loans, and Receipts.
• Build a canvas app with clean navigation so I can:
– Add or edit records in those tables.
– Attach receipt images to expenses.
– See an at-a-glance budget-to-actual total for each project.
• Keep everything private inside my tenant—no premium connectors or paid add-ons.
• Provide a short hand-off guide so I can extend fields or views myself.
What I’ll send you
• Field list and relationships in a simple spreadsheet.
What I’d like to see from you
• Links or screenshots of past work in Power Apps that show data entry forms and basic reporting.
• A brief outline of how you’d structure the lists and the main screens.
If you can deliver a clear, working prototype that captures the data above and shows a basic budget-versus-actual view and can do this quickly, let’s talk.
