Project hours management demo in Powerapps Canvas -- 2

Hi,
I would need to build a Powerapps canvas where the user can first select a week of the month, within that week the user will select a Project from drop menu, and within that project the user will select the task he wants to register his/her hours.
In that screen, the user has a button 'Send' where he/she can submit that information and it will arrive to the responsabible of the project.
After that, the user can navigate to the previous screens and submit more hours.
