Powerapp - NLP AI from written document and input as invoice through PowerApp

We have clinical staff that are out at various clinics across the US. We need a PowerApp that is really easy to use where they could take a picture of a form they are completing on paper that would automatically pull the fields into an invoice. Then we need to attach a picture of a customer survey that they complete (COVID safety questionnaire). Once the invoice is submitted, we need to have the pacakage of the invoice and associated pictures faxed to a centralized number based for the customer. We use Business Central so the invoice should be entered into Business Central associated with the correct GL codes and case IDs.
