PowerAutomate/PowerApps with OneNote
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I would love to just start with Project 1 initially, but I've provided the context of future development for context. For example I know Project 1 could be done with a macro, but ultimately we want to create a database of info.
Project 1:
Given:
- Course Code (ex 2202-WA-DBP)
Do the following:
- Make a Duplicate of OneNote Section called [Event-Code-Master]
- Rename all instances of the [Event-Code] with the actual code above
- This includes section name, page names, page body instances
Project 2: Would add additional variables to be updated including
- Start-Date
- End-Date
- Event Name
- Event Address
- Point of Contact (name, phone, email)
Project 3:
- Access the above type of data in a database and make it available to other MS Apps for system wide automation
Future projects,
- Use the above data to generate/populate word documents for a variety of agreements and marketing tools etc.
Our working environment is MS365 Business Accounts with files in shared SharePoint libraries.
