PowerApps and SharePoint Idea Management App

I am looking for support in the development of an in-house idea management app system.

・Development details:
I am aiming to develop an idea posting management app system that can be easily used not only by engineers but also by business and sales people.
I would like to create an environment where idea posting is familiar by making an app that can be launched on PCs and smartphones using an app that runs within Microsoft365, and that allows for internal email, approval flow, and simple consultation with Copilot when creating ideas.

・Request process: I would like to ask for support in how to use and think about this app through the development of this app, from opinions on the general framework I have come up with, to design methods, basic usage of PowerApps, and the relationship between each app, so that I can develop any simple app independently in the future.

・Desired features: Collaborative idea creation between idea posters and viewers, like button by viewers, approval flow linked to internal email for idea evaluation, function to allow simple consultation with Copilot when creating ideas, etc.

・Usage environment: Microsoft365 /Power Platform/Power Apps/Share Point/Power Automate, etc.
