PowerApps Group Management Enhancements
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft PowerApp developer to enhance a PowerApp group management application, originally designed to manage Microsoft 365 and security group memberships (refer to: https://github.com/einfachKim/mygroups).
Core feature work we're looking for:
• Add sorting so every results gallery can flip between alphabetical ascending and descending.
• Surface richer details in the galleries and detail screens: group owners, group descriptions and the total number of members.
• Provide quick-access views that let the user toggle between
❶ groups they own,
❷ every group they can see (irrespective of ownership) and
❸ groups where they are merely members.
• Visually distinguish Microsoft 365 Groups from Security Groups with an icon or badge.
Tech context
The app is a canvas app that relies on standard Microsoft Graph connectors and the AzureADPreview connector. No data sources change; we are only extending the UI and the logic that builds the collections.
Deliverables
• Updated .msapp file with the above features fully wired.
• Demonstration / Walkthrough proving the new views, sorting toggle and icon differentiation all work under a standard tenant account.
