PowerApps Equipment Reservation Workflow

I’m enhancing my current PowerApp (built from Microsoft’s “Book A Room” template) so staff can reserve equipment as easily as they book meeting spaces. The new flow should let users pick items through a category-based selection, schedule and manage their reservation, then trigger a conditional approval process that checks predefined criteria (for example, availability, user role, or booking limits).

Here’s what I need built and fully tested:

• Integrate an “Equipment” tab into the existing PowerApp, using the same look-and-feel as the room-booking screens.
• Use an Excel table as the data source for all equipment, availability, and reservation history.
• Implement reservation scheduling and management screens with real-time validation.
• Send an automated email to the admin mailbox the moment a request is submitted.
• Route each request through the conditional approval workflow; the admin can approve or reject directly from the email or inside the app.
• On approval, fire a confirmation email back to the user and update the Excel table with the final status.

Optional (nice-to-have, quote separately if needed):
• Generate a printable PDF invoice/report that shows booking details, the user’s in-app digital signature, and a stored template of the admin’s signature.
