PowerApps Dashboards & Form Automation
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I have a set of SharePoint lists that track every stage of our projects, and I need them surfaced in Power Apps with three clean, interactive dashboards. Each dashboard will focus strictly on project status but break that down into engineering compliance, call logs and any outstanding actions so management can see at a glance where we stand.
Alongside the dashboards, I also need a small suite of forms built in the same Power Apps canvas. These forms will be used by field teams to send reports from site to office; as soon as a form is submitted, Power Automate should route the data back to the appropriate SharePoint list, trigger any notifications we agree on and refresh the dashboards automatically.
I’ll provide access to the existing SharePoint lists and a basic outline of the desired look and feel. What I’m looking for from you is:
• Three well-structured dashboards driven entirely by the SharePoint data
• Responsive forms that work on mobile and desktop, feeding those same lists
• Power Automate flows to handle data writes, alerts and refresh logic
If you’ve built similar project-status solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate, I’d love to see an example and discuss the quickest path to delivery.
