UI Design to PowerApps Canvas Application and API Integration

I need a PowerApps Canvas app built from the ground up that makes data entry into Dataverse fast, clean, and fool-proof. The core task is to translate our existing paper and Excel forms into a single responsive Canvas interface, apply the right validation logic, and write the records directly to our Dataverse tables in real time.

Key requirements
• The interface must be intuitive on both desktop and mobile, using standard PowerApps controls with a consistent theme.
• Each form screen should pre-populate look-ups, enforce mandatory fields, and display friendly error messages before any record is committed.
• Users have to be able to create, edit, and view entries based on role; security will be handled through Dataverse roles and the app should respect them.
• All code must stay within Power Fx / PowerApps best practices so the app remains easy to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional Canvas app file (.msapp) connected to my Dataverse environment.
2. Brief hand-off video or live walkthrough showing how to add fields, modify validation, and publish future versions.
3. A short, clear document listing any custom components or formulas that might need future attention.
