PowerApp with 3 separate Document Library workflows New, Interim, Yearly

I am looking for a PowerApp developer to complete a PowerApp with 3 separate Document Library workflows: New, Interim, and Yearly. The purpose of the PowerApp is to create metadata and approval form (completed) and manage document workflows.
I HAVE CREATED MOST OF IT. It requires fine-tuning and some nice to have like BI.
The level of complexity expected for each workflow is intermediate, with multiple steps and some conditions.
I am open to suggestions for specific features or functionalities in the PowerApp.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in PowerApps development
