PowerApp Replaces Excel Tracker
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m moving our current project-management tracker out of a shared Excel sheet and into a fully fledged PowerApp so our team of roughly 11-50 people can work faster and more accurately.
The app needs to handle straightforward data entry and secure storage, update everyone in real time as project details change, and generate automated reports that mirror the summaries we now prepare by hand. The data set is purely project-management related—think timelines, owners, status notes, risk flags, and basic metrics—so there’s no requirement for financial or inventory functionality.
A smooth user experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile is essential because different departments will be checking in on progress throughout the day. I expect the back end to sit on Dataverse or SharePoint (open to your recommendation), and I’d like any reporting to surface either inside the app or through a connected Power BI dashboard.

• A responsive PowerApp connected to the chosen data source, mirroring all current Excel fields
• Role-based permissions so each team sees only the information they need
• Real-time status updates and alerts
• One-click generation of the current weekly and monthly summary reports
• Handover documentation and a quick walkthrough video so I can maintain the solution
