PowerApp Purchase Management Suite
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I need a single Power Apps solution that streamlines our entire purchasing cycle—from the moment a vendor is onboarded to the point a bill is settled and reflected in the ledgers. The same app must run smoothly on both desktop and mobile so that Managers, Vendors, Accountants, and our internal Maker/Checker roles can switch devices without losing functionality or data consistency.
Scope of work
The build should cover vendor management, invoice processing, purchase orders, purchase returns, bills-paid and bills-payable tracking, along with dedicated ledgers for vendors, transactions, projects, and materials. Role-based security is essential so each user group only sees the data and actions relevant to them, while the Maker/Checker flow ensures approvals are formally logged.
Deliverables
• A responsive Power Apps canvas.
• Data structure that supports the modules listed above and can scale without performance drops
• Role-based screens and forms for Managers, Vendors, Accountants, plus Maker/Checker approval logic
• Basic dashboards or views that surface key figures such as outstanding payables, vendor balances, and purchase volumes
• Documentation covering entity design, permission setup, and instructions for adding new users or modifying workflows
Acceptance
I will consider the project complete when I can:
• Add a new vendor, raise a purchase order, receive an invoice, payment's against invoices, process a return, and see each event reflected instantly in the relevant ledgers
• Approve or reject transactions through a Maker/Checker path without direct database edits
• Open the same records on desktop and mobile with identical results and no layout breaks
If you have experience tying Power Apps into Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL back ends and can incorporate Power Automate where needed, mention it in your proposal along with an estimated timeline.
