PowerApp For making requests

I need to develop workflow for different requests such as request for payment, request for approval, alert creation and status update for logistics activities. There should be an organized workflow where the requester can upload a file and submit the request to be sent to multiple approval stages. All these stages are recorded in excel file automatically in one drive to be able to monitor the time spent for each step. Please quote for one single request and then if you got awarded you might be getting the next jobs based on the performance.
