Power Apps and power automate solution

I have an app created by PowerApps. the form has a rich text with special format (Arabic charachters) field, After submitted the item, I need to export it as a pdf with the same format and save it in library. I tried to convert it to pdf in power automate but I receive an error that not supporting special characters, looking for a work around to add rich text with special characters (Arabic Characters) field to word document or pdf in power automate without using premium connection
