Power Apps Service Desk Scorecard

I need a compact, easy-to-use scorecard built entirely in Power Apps that lets me track three core service-desk KPIs—Response Time, Resolution Time, and Customer Satisfaction—in a clean, dashboard-style view. The app must accept data both through quick manual entry screens and through automatic pulls from our existing data sources (SharePoint lists and an OData feed are ready; if you prefer a different connector we can discuss).
What matters most to me is that the dashboard instantly shows the health of each KPI with clear colour cues and trend visuals, while still allowing me to drill down to the underlying tickets behind any metric. I should be able to filter by date range, team, and ticket category without the experience feeling slow or clunky.

• One dashboard screen summarising the three KPIs plus drill-down detail screens
• Data connectors configured for both manual entry and automatic refresh (documentation included)
• Basic test data loaded so I can see the visuals working on day one
