Power Apps / Power Platform Developer – Back-office Management App for a Boutique Hotel Group in Paris, France

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform developer to create a modular Power Apps application based on a structured functional specification (not publicly shared), written by non-technical business users.

Mission:

Build a Power Apps application composed of interconnected modules: assets, suppliers, legal obligations, banking. The app must include a shared calendar populated automatically through Power Automate with key dates such as contract deadlines and regulatory obligations.

The app will be used to manage the back office of a small group of 4 hotels based in Paris, France. We aim to manage all our real estate, business assets, vehicles, technical installations, etc., as well as all our supplier contracts — including pricing, renewal dates, cancellation periods, and automatic renewal clauses — plus our legal and contractual obligations.

The application must:

Handle complex cross-relations between multiple tables
Use SharePoint for document management (DMS) – thousands of documents are already organized in SharePoint
Integrate Power Automate flows: task assignments, alerts, due dates
Be compatible with Microsoft Copilot for intelligent document processing
Be designed for non-technical users – UX experience is a strong asset

Required Skills:

Advanced command of Power Apps (Canvas and/or complex SharePoint Lists)
Hands-on experience with multi-table relational data models
Strong proficiency in Power Automate
Expertise in SharePoint integration / document structuring
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot (or a solid understanding of its technical prerequisites)
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a plus
Immediate availability is preferred

Terms:

Remote mission
Duration to be defined based on your proposal
Start date: ASAP
