Power Apps Performance & Migration Guidance

Job ID: 40081176

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

My Canvas app that sits on Dataverse dashboards is getting sluggish, especially when it pulls and renders data. With roughly 10k–50k rows in the key tables, the initial load and every data-bound gallery refresh feel far too long. I need someone who can look at query design, delegation limits, formula efficiency, and any table or view restructuring that will shave seconds (or minutes) off start-up and navigation.

Beyond tuning the app itself, I also want practical advice on moving the current SharePoint user data into Dataverse so we’re not duplicating lists and security models. Help me map the columns, pick the right migration tool or script, and outline any licensing or permission gotchas before we make the switch.

By the end I’d like:
• A revised or clearly documented performance fix that measurably improves load times in the Canvas app, particularly on data retrieval and display.
• A concise migration plan—from SharePoint lists to Dataverse tables—with recommended steps, tooling, and a rollback approach.

If you have solid experience squeezing speed out of Power Apps and have handled SharePoint-to-Dataverse moves before, let’s talk.
