Power Apps - Patch Function Support

I need support & the coding and understanding about how to use the patch function to insert a new line in a SharePoint list with specific values, then refresh the current Power Apps screen to show that additional row.

Will require a Zoom call to explain the issue & resolution. I expect a working version on your own Power Apps & SharePoint (e.g. you will create a SharePoint list and PowerApps to prove the functionality that I need so I can replicate in my environment)
