Power Apps - How to add input from Power Apps application to an existing spreadsheet

I have a vendor feedback application that links with an existing spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains information of certain vendors I work with. I want the Power App I created to submit information to this spreadsheet depending on certain conditions.

The spreadsheet will already contain the names of the vendor. The app needs to fill the information on the correct line (correct vendor name)
