Power Apps Developer to assist with project
Budget: $150 – $400 USD
I have a bunch of Power Automate flows that retrieve data from the Power BI admin API. Eg List of Workspaces, List of Reports (& their datasets), Refresh History of datasets, pipeline automation etc
I need help developing a Power App that has the following requirements:
Page 1 - Dataset summary by Report & Workspace
1. Display the list of datasets (& reports) within each workspace. Something like a 3 tiered list or table, with Workspace as the parent, followed by Dataset name/id, following by report name/id
2. Each dataset row should have the following options available:
- Refresh (this triggers my Power Automate refresh dataset call and passes the dataset ID as an input)
- Get refresh history (this triggers my Power Automate get refresh history call and passes the dataset ID as an input)
- Latest Refresh Status (using the above data, it tells us if the last refresh was a success or failure (red cross or green tick)
- View Refresh schedule (this triggers my Power Automate get refresh schedule call and passes the dataset ID as an input)
3. Ability to multi-select the datasets and "Refresh All".(this triggers my Power Automate refresh dataset call for each dataset ID)
Page 2 - Pipeline Summary
1. Show the list of available Pipelines. A pipeline is a collection of reports & datasets. A pipeline can have up to 3 groups within it each with a collection of reports & datasets. So the display of this data would be similar to the layout on page 1. Pipeline name at parent level, followed by group name under that, following by the list of reports under that.
2. Each report row should have the following options available:
- Deploy report to next stage. (this triggers my Power Automate deploy pipeline call and passes the report ID as an input)
- Get deployment history (this triggers my Power Automate get deployment history call and passes the dataset ID as an input)
I have all the data inputs and calls set up in Power Automate already, so need help from a developer who can work with that data and connect it to Power Apps
I'm not too concerned about the look and feel of the app at this stage, I'm just looking for a proof of concept to test the functionality
