Power Apps Data Entry App
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a straightforward Power Apps solution focused on data entry and management. The app will pull data from Excel spreadsheets stored in Microsoft 365 and let users upload new files so the workbook behind the scenes stays current.
Key goals
• Clean, intuitive screens where staff can add, review, or edit records that originate in an Excel table
• A file-upload control that accepts Excel files and automatically refreshes the connected table once the file is validated
• Basic success/error messages so users always know whether an upload or edit has been accepted
The Excel connection is the only required data source for now, yet I’d like the architecture left open so we can point the app to SharePoint lists or SQL tables later without rebuilding from scratch.
Deliverables
• .msapp file and any related components
• Setup notes on how to reconnect the data sources in another tenant
• Short video or written walkthrough showing the upload flow in action
I’ll test by importing a sample spreadsheet, adding a couple of records through the form, and confirming the changes appear in the underlying Excel table without breaking existing formulas. Once that passes, the project is complete.
