Power Apps Activity Tracker

I need a straightforward Power Apps canvas application that lets each team leader open the app—on phone or desktop—log in with email + password, and immediately see only the activities assigned to them. From that screen they should be able to:

• change the progress status,
• add or edit comments and the planned / actual completion date,
• snap or attach photos that prove progress, and
• have every change written simultaneously to both an Excel table (for quick offline reporting) and a SharePoint list or library (for central storage and image hosting).

The interface has to stay clean and responsive, with large touch targets and minimal navigation so anyone on-site can update in seconds. I will provide the initial Excel template and create the SharePoint site; you wire up the connectors, build the security rules that filter records per signed-in user, and make sure images store efficiently (ideally as attachments or in a linked library).

Deliverable is the finished Power Apps package ready to import into my tenant, plus a brief setup guide showing the data connections, the user roles, and where photos are stored. Once I can install it, add a sample user, and run through the full activity‐update flow without errors, the project is done.
