Power App for SLA Search
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a Power Apps canvas app that lets our team search Service Level Agreement (SLA) records stored in a SharePoint list. The app’s sole purpose is SLA data search, so no extra dashboards or automation are required.
Here’s the flow I have in mind: a search screen where users can type or select key SLA fields (for example title, customer name, reference number or date ranges), press Search, and instantly see matching list items. From the results they should be able to open a detail view that shows every column in a clean, phone-friendly layout.
The SharePoint list is already live in Microsoft 365, so you can connect directly to it with standard Power Apps connectors. Performance matters; delegation-friendly queries and sensible filtering are important so the search works even as the list grows.
Deliverables
• A fully functional Power Apps canvas app (.msapp) connected to my existing SharePoint list
• Clear instructions on how to import, publish, and grant access to the app inside my tenant
• A brief handover call or document explaining where to modify fields or add new filters later
Acceptance criteria
• Searches return accurate results from the SharePoint list within a few seconds
• Detail view shows all existing columns without layout issues on mobile and tablet sizes
• No unexpected permissions prompts for standard licensed users in my tenant
