Operations Workflow System in PowerApps -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to consolidate several manual spreadsheets and email threads into a single Operations Management System built with Power Apps and Power Automate inside our Microsoft 365 tenant. The focus is purely internal—no CRM or ERP hooks—so you can stay within standard connectors and Dataverse (or SharePoint lists, if you prefer) to keep the build lightweight and secure.
What I need most is streamlined workflow automation and flexible form creation/management. Typical use-cases include:
• Submitting operational requests through responsive forms
• Routing those requests through multi-step approval processes with clear audit trails
• Auto-assigning tasks to the right team members, triggering notifications, and logging status changes in real time
I’m happy to discuss whether model-driven or canvas apps make more sense, but the end result should let frontline staff raise requests quickly, let managers approve or reject on mobile or desktop, and give me a tidy dashboard of live work-in-progress.
Key points for delivery
• Clean, intuitive Power Apps UI branded with our colours
• Flows in Power Automate handling approvals, task assignments and alert emails/Teams messages
• Role-based security so only authorised staff see sensitive data
• Documentation of the app architecture plus a short hand-over session for future tweaks
If you’ve built similar internal workflow tools and can show a couple of references or screenshots, let’s talk dates and milestones.
