Need Power Pages expert to help me display attachments in MS Power Pages

This project is in Microsoft Power Pages.
Issue: Subcontractors/vendors upload proposals via a Form. The attachments are stored in the Notes table, but I need them to be available on the associated list displayed on a power pages 'page'. Currently to access the attachments users have to open a power app and then go to the notes. This is too many 'clicks'.
