Indent For factory.
• The factory personnel will transmit indent details via a mobile application, including item names, quantities, and locations.
• This indent will be received by the purchasing personnel either through email or the same application.
• The procurement team will then proceed to acquire the materials, going through stages such as Request for Quotation (RFQ), obtaining quotes, placing orders, and delivering to the factory.
• Dates including when the indent was received, the initiation of the procurement process, receipt of quotes, release of orders, and material reception must be Captured.
• Additionally, procurement costs and usage/site locations need to be recorded.
• The status of the indent should adjust according to the stage it is currently in. For example, it may transition through stages such as RFQ sent, quote received, negotiation, order released, payment completed, and material received, with corresponding dates for each stage change.
• Run power bi on the same and show reports of how much delay was done in each stage.
