Getting Attachment from Jira to Powerautomate

I am trying to import an attachment from Jira ticket and create a file in onedrive. I am able to successfully connect to JIRA using a custom connector and create a file in one dire, however, getting the message "Couldn't Open the Workbook" when trying to open the file.
