Employee Time Clock+

An employee time clock using Microsoft Power App running Apple iPads.

The app would allow staff to check-in for shifts, check out for breaks, and check out at end of the shift. Have the ability for managers to log in and create and schedule reports, add employees or retiring employees. The app would also need to use an iPad front camera and take a photo of employees during check-in, Breaks and check out.

Page 1 - Home / Check-in / Login

Pin pad for an employee to enter 6 digit pin
Successful entry of approved pin moves to screen 2

Screen 2
The employee chooses from 3 buttons
Check-In / Break / Check-Out (when the member presses the button it takes a photo)
The screen should show a live front image of the employee
Display Current location time
Record iPad name

Add / Manage employee details such as
* First name
*Lastname
*status (full time, Parttime, Casual)
*Hourly Rate
*PIN (6 digit number Unique to every employee)

Page 4 Reports / Historical search
Allow the ability to search for employees and their entries and images (ability to filter entries)
Ability to schedule reports based on days (i.e. weekly report for all sites from Thursday to Wednesday), employee
Reports should be bunched by the employee and show the date, Time type (click in, out, break) each row should sum hours and subtract breaks. Total Colum should show total hours then x by hourly rate.
