Employee Certification Tracking System built in POWERAPPS

I'm looking to create a system that allows me to manually enter and track employee certifications within the office365 sphere using POWERAPPS
- The system should allow for manual entry of certifications.
- The key details that need to be tracked for each certification are the employee name, certification name, and date certified.
- In-app notifications are required for upcoming certification expirations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing database systems
- Proficiency in creating user-friendly interfaces
- Knowledge of notification system implementation
