I'm developing a Personal Finance Management App using Power Apps and need assistance with designing the UI/UX screens, forms, and responsive layout. The backend, data modeling, and logic are already being managed by me. The app must integrate seamlessly with my existing Project Management Dashboard.

Key Requirements:
- Design a modern UI/UX for the app
- Use blue and white as the primary color scheme
- Ensure a responsive layout for various devices
- Integrate the design with the existing Project Management Dashboard
- Make key features like Expense Tracking, Budget Overview, and Upcoming Bills easily accessible on the main screen

Ideal Skills and Experience:
