We are seeking an expert in the Microsoft Power Platform to develop a customized property management solution. Our business specializes in managing multi-unit residential buildings (6-80 units) with a value range of $1M to $15M. We provide end-to-end management services, treating every property as if it were our own.
The solution must be built using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, leveraging Dataverse as the central data repository. Key functionalities include:
Tenant management and lease tracking.
Maintenance scheduling and task tracking.
Automatic billing, payment reception, and reconciliation by property.
Supplier management, including invoice tracking and payment processing by property.
Investor reporting and financial oversight with interactive Power BI dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in building solutions on the Power Platform, with a strong understanding of Dataverse for data modeling and integration. Experience in automation workflows, financial processes, and data visualization is essential. This project aims to streamline operations, enhance financial and supplier management, and provide insightful analytics for better decision-making.
