Build my Basic tablet power app

I have a very basic 'tablet' power app that requires building with basic functionality: Add entry, search, delete, modify, exit. I have already created the first part of it which is a main menu (Main Screen), I just require the relevant forms/screens building that will lead off from the main screen (according to my layout shown).
