TB6600 Stepper Driver Setup

Job ID: 39999418

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I already have a bipolar stepper motor, a TB6600 driver and a pulse / direction source on the bench, but the motor is still not turning. I need clear, hands-on guidance that gets me from loose wires to a reliably spinning shaft.

What I expect from you:
• A concise wiring diagram that shows exactly how to connect the bipolar coils, power supply, pulse and direction lines, and enable pin.
• Recommended TB6600 DIP-switch settings for micro-stepping and current limits that match my motor’s specs.
• A quick test script (Arduino-style or bare-bones signal timing notes) so I can verify motion immediately.
• A short troubleshooting checklist in case the motor stalls, vibrates or runs hot.

We can work live over video or exchange annotated photos—whatever gets the motor moving fastest. Once your instructions are applied and the motor spins smoothly under pulse/dir control, the job is done.
