To design a 200 MW steam power unit in Gatecycle software -- 2

hi i am looking someone who has knowledge of gatecycle software and who can built a 200 MW unit in Gatecycle software. i am attaching the layout i have . i can also share the layout i made in Gatecycle later .
but i need someone to make the whole design because i don't know what parameter i have to assign in each accecsory to get the 200 MW power.
