Power Plant Consulting & Supervision

I’m looking for a seasoned technical consultant who can step in and help me keep a large-scale power-generation facility running safely and efficiently. Day-to-day you will review existing maintenance plans, redesign them where gaps appear, and provide on-call troubleshooting support when unexpected events occur.

Although the focus is the power plant, we also operate several auxiliary marine engines. I’ll therefore need the same depth of expertise—maintenance planning, fault-finding and independent equipment evaluation—for those units as well. No team-training modules are required at this stage; the assignment is strictly hands-on technical support and high-level supervision.

You should be comfortable working with common reliability tools such as CMMS packages (SAP PM or Maximo), vibration and thermography diagnostics, and standard root-cause analysis methods. I’m expecting clear, actionable reports, concise recommendations, and real-time guidance during critical outages.
