write a DAX in existing Power BI dashbard

we are already working on Power BI but need help to write a DAX for team scorecard based on parameters like:-
a) MTD and YTD sales achievement Vs target
b) Count of products sold / assortment selling
c) Collection efficiencies/ Over dues
d) No of Hours worked in a month against available Hours
e) Count of active Mom and Pop stores against plan/ target

single scorecard based above parameters needs to be built in existing Power BI dashboard.
