power bi expert needed

we are trying to create a chatbot to act as a query builder to get data from Power BI Dataset (using Virtual Agent, Power Automate).facing issues with Azure Permissions/AD Security Groups, etc.

We primarily want Row-level security of Power BI access to be intact while querying the Power BI dataset.
