I need a power automate developer

I want to be able to send an adaptive card to remind users of their password expiry date . Every user should reset their password after 100 days , they get an email reminder but tend to forget and get locked out . To prevent users being locked out of their account I want to send them an adaptive card in Microsoft Teams to remind them that their password is due to expire and how many days they have left. I have linked AD Directory to power bi where I can see the last time the password was reset. I have done a query to get a the number of days remaining to reset the password from the last day the password was reset . So now I have the number of days left for password to expire. I want to link power automate to power bi to get these details : user name , email address and to send an adaptive to users when they have certain days left for their password to expire e.g 20days left , 15 days left , 10 days left , 7 days left and daily after the 7 days .

I would like to run this flow on a schedule in power automate .
