HR Workforce Analytics & Attrition Dashboard
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a Power BI specialist who can turn raw tables into a clear, automated dashboard suite for three core areas of the business: Sales, Finance, and HR, all drawing from our customer data warehouse.
Scope
• Sales dashboard – highlight revenue trends, sales by region, and top-performing products with interactive drill-downs and easy date filtering.
• Finance dashboard – track Budget vs Actual, Cash Flow, and an Expense Breakdown, with the ability to toggle between monthly and YTD views.
• HR snapshot – head-count, turnover, and open-roles metrics presented in a concise, executive-ready layout.
What I’m expecting
• A well-structured data model, clean DAX measures, and refreshable Power Query connections.
• Consistent visual language and theming across all pages.
• Parameter-driven filters so non-technical managers can slice the data effortlessly.
• Publish to our Power BI Service workspace with scheduled refresh and row-level security configured.
