Urgent Power BI Logic Validation

I’m racing against a deadline and need a fresh set of expert eyes on my Power BI file. The core problem is performance—slow, inconsistent results that don’t line up with the business rules I’ve documented. This isn’t limited to a single bar, pie, or line chart; the whole dashboard behaves unpredictably because the underlying logic seems off.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Trace why query steps in Power Query occasionally inflate refresh times and trim the excess without breaking dependencies.
• Test changes end-to-end so the visuals populate quickly and numbers tie out with the source data every time I hit refresh.
