Urgent Azure App Registration & Power BI API Permissions Support + Power BI Fabric Work

We need urgent help from an experienced Azure and Power BI specialist.

Issue:
We are creating an app under App Registrations in the Azure portal. However, under API permissions, we cannot add the required Power BI service permissions under Application permissions. We specifically need:

Dataset.Read.All

Report.Read.All

Capacity.Read.All

We need someone who can guide us or fix this issue immediately.

Additional Work:
We are also looking for a freelancer to support ongoing work in Power BI Fabric.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Azure Active Directory App Registrations and API permissions

Strong understanding of Power BI service permissions

Experience with Power BI Fabric (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to deliver quickly and communicate clearly
Timeline:
