TallyPrime Integration and BI Reporting

TallyPrime 7.1 → Automated Excel / Power BI Business Intelligence Dashboard (ODBC/XML API)

**Project Description**

I am looking for an experienced Power BI / Excel / SQL / Business Intelligence developer who has worked with **TallyPrime** integrations.

The objective is to build an **automated Business Intelligence system** using Tally data. The solution should connect directly with **TallyPrime 7.1** using **ODBC or XML API** (whichever is most suitable) and should refresh automatically without requiring repeated manual exports.

### Scope of Work

* Connect TallyPrime through ODBC or XML API.
* Extract relevant masters and transaction data.
* Build a clean data model.
* Create an automated Excel workbook and/or Power BI dashboard.
* One-click refresh of all reports.

### Initial Dashboard Requirements

* Sales Dashboard
* Customer Dashboard
* Collection Dashboard
* Outstanding Dashboard
* Salesman Performance Dashboard

### Initial KPIs

* Seasonality Index (based on the last 3 years)
* Monthly Target Calculation
* Automated Incentive Calculation
* Customers not billed for more than 45 days
* Customers with payments overdue by more than 60 days
* Customer-wise Sales Analysis
* Sales Growth
* Outstanding Ageing
* Collection Performance
* Top/Bottom Customers

### Tally Structure

I maintain multiple **Sundry Debtor Subgroups** (for example, "Mayur Local"). When a subgroup is selected, I want the dashboard to automatically analyze all customers belonging to that subgroup.
